WDZ-BYJ cable wire characteristics
WDZ-BYJ wire uses a new generation of flame retardant crosslinked low smoke halogen-free polyolefin insulation, has a very good flame retardant, low smoke, low toxic performance, to overcome the traditional halogen-free polymer combustion produced a lot of smoke to suffocate people and corrosion of equipment defects, represents the development trend of today's wire and cable. LSZH ( Low smoke halogen-free ) flame retardant wire's performance is mainly manifested in if the fire occurs, the spread speed is slow, the toxic smoke concentration is low, the visual field visibility is high, the harmful gas release amount is small, easy to evacuate the disaster site personnel.
LSZH cable combustion gas corrosion is very small, so as to avoid damage to equipment. Low smoke halogen-free wire has a strong and improved uv resistance and aging, thus extending the service life of the cable.
LSZH cable in combustion: halogen acid gas release ≤100mg/g,z light transmittance is 60%;
LSZH cable when burning: PH value ≥4.3, conductivity ≤10μS/mm, z light transmittance 60%.
What's the difference between BV and BYJ?
BV wire is PVC insulated, BYJ wire is xLPE insulated. BYJ -- Copper conductor XLPE insulated fixed laying wire, temperature class 90℃; BV -- Copper conductor for fixed laying with PVC insulation, temperature class 70℃.
